Private beta add-on: real WebP/AVIF conversion at heymauricio.com.

== Installation ==
1. Install and activate WP Image Optimizer Free 0.3.0 or later.
2. Install this ZIP as a separate plugin and activate it.
3. Request private beta access at https://heymauricio.com/servicios/wp-image-optimizer-cloud/.
4. Open Image Optimizer -> Pro Cloud. Enter your private key, authorize transfer and verify the connection.
5. Select a compatible profile, send existing images or enable processing on upload.

== External service and privacy ==
This plugin sends image bytes to https://heymauricio.com/api/image-cloud/v1/optimize only after explicit authorization and configuration.
It sends your API key over HTTPS in Authorization, plus format, width and quality. It does not send image filenames.
The server processes images in memory and does not store the photos. It stores key hashes, labels, expiry and daily quota usage.
The WordPress installation stores your credential in an option without autoload (or WIO_CLOUD_API_KEY in wp-config.php).
The connection check calls /account with your key. Original images remain unchanged in WordPress.
Disconnect removes the local credential; server access can be revoked at heymauricio.com/admin/image-cloud.
Contact and data removal: https://heymauricio.com/contacto/.
This private beta has no checkout or paid subscription. Agree beta access conditions before activation.

== Limits ==
Static JPEG, PNG or WebP, 5 MiB, 16 megapixels, 8000 px per side. Output WebP/AVIF up to 4000 px, no enlargement.
No crop/upscale/sharpen or animated input. Each width/format variant consumes one daily UTC conversion.
Conversions are not photos. Usage depends on the enabled sizes and formats in your settings and profiles.
For example, 3 sizes in WebP and AVIF use 6 conversions per photo. A quota of 2,000 conversions would cover 333 complete photos and leave 2 conversions available with that profile. This example does not change your assigned beta quota.
One conversion at a time on the server. WP-Cron queues one variant per event; low-traffic sites need a server cron.
Transient failures retry up to 5 times per variant. Lost successful responses may consume quota again on retry.
Profiles publish only when complete; old variants and originals remain available during processing.
Existing Free manual jobs remain independent. Deactivation stops Pro cron events. Requeue pending images after reactivation.
